MIAC is governed by a 15-person Board of Directors who meet regularly to discuss industry issues. The board includes 10 manufacturer/distributor and 5 retail representatives.

Administration of the Association is managed by the Executive Director based in Toronto.

Trade show logistics and communications are handled by a show management firm in Toronto as well.
