Association Awards

Nominations for each of the following awards should be submitted on the Association Awards Nomination Form, with the appropriate award indicated at the top of the form.

• 2010 Retailer of the Year
• 2010 Manufacturer of the Year
• 2010 Distributor of the Year
• 2010 Rep of the Year
• Service to Industry Award

You can download the nomination form for the 2011 Association Awards and read the information on this page. You can fill out and submit the award nomination form via fax, mail or email. MIAC members in good standing are eligible to participate in the nomination process.

CLOSING DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
Entries should be submitted no later than Friday, April 29, 2011.
Nominations for the 2011 Association Awards must be received by the submission deadline indicated above. Nomination materials are best submitted collectively in a single packet, although submission of separate pieces is permitted. Award winners will be notified by email and the awards will be presented at the 40th Annual MIAC Trade Show scheduled to take place May 15-16, 2011.
