INDUSTRY PARTNER PARTICIPATION

Participation by our diverse Industry Partners is welcomed to broaden the scope of the Show and provide a positive educational experience in new areas for all attendees. Exhibiting in the MIAC and PAL show will provide a forum for the organizations to promote their services and activities in a unique Canadian environment, consistent with the aims and objectives of the Association and the Show.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

To apply for participation as an Industry Partner exhibitor simply complete and return the INDUSTRY PARTNER APPLICATION 2011 no later than March 19, 2011. Click here to download a PDF version of the application form, or you may complete the online version below.

Once your application is received, reviewed and processed you will receive a booth confirmation letter. This confirmation letter contains your booth number as well as important show information, please print and retain for your records.

After your booth space has been confirmed you will receive an email from our registration company Microspec with a direct link, login and password so that you may register for your exhibitor badges.

While the cost of booth space is waived by MIAC, Industry Partners are responsible for the cost of booth furnishings and utilities (i.e. carpet, tables, and chairs, electrical). Understanding that budgets can be tight we have negotiated a special discounted package for $280.00. The Booth Furnishings form is available to download here. Please complete and return to directly to GES Canada by April 30, 2011.

Show move-in and set-up will begin on Friday, May 13, 2011. A colour coded move-in schedule will be available on the MIAC and PAL websites. Please check your scheduled move-in time and plan accordingly. If you require a change to your allocated move-in time, please contact the MIAC office as soon as possible.
