Participation by our diverse Industry Partners is welcomed to broaden the scope of the Show and provide a positive educational experience in new areas for all attendees. Exhibiting in the MIAC and PAL show will provide a forum for the organizations to promote their services and activities in a unique Canadian environment, consistent with the aims and objectives of the Association and the Show.

PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

To apply for participation as an Industry Partner exhibitor simply complete and return the INDUSTRY PARTNER APPLICATION 2011 no later than March 19, 2011. Click here to download a PDF version of the application form.

Once your application is received, reviewed and processed you will receive a booth confirmation letter. This confirmation letter contains your booth number as well as important show information, please print and retain for your records.

PROMOTIONAL SUPPORT FROM INDUSTRY PARTNERS

Industry Partners will be required to promote the Show to its membership base and contact network to assist in drawing the best possible attendance to the MIAC/PAL Show.

This promotional support would include the following items:

• Mailings (inserts) to members/contacts
• Advertising in organization publications
• Regular email bulletins to members or contact database
• Website listings and links with MIAC/PAL
• Announcements at organization events
• Sharing of organization mailing lists with the MIAC/PAL National Office to promote attendance
