The Music Industries Association of Canada (MIAC) is a national not-for-profit trade association that represents Canadian manufacturers, distributors and retailers of musical instruments and accessories, keyboards, sound reinforcement products and published music. MIAC’s mission is to promote and develop the music, sound and pro audio, lighting, video, AV and staging products industry in Canada through the association’s membership, annual trade show and promotional activities. To encourage the development of more active music makers in Canada through appropriate advocacy and marketing support activities for educational institutions and retail organizations.
