In accordance with its By-Laws, MIAC holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for members on the last day of the Trade Show weekend.

The details regarding the MIAC 2008 AGM are as follows:

DATE: Monday, August 25, 2008

LOCATION: International Centre (Ballroom C), 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga, Ontario

TIME: 8 to 10 a.m. (A complimentary breakfast buffet is served for members.)

SPECIAL NOTE: Only representatives from MIAC member companies/organizations and designated industry guests are admitted to the AGM.

AGENDA: The meeting will cover a number of topics including:
- President's Overview
- Executive Director's Report
- Treasurer's Report (Financial Statements)
- Appointment of Auditor
- Approval of Acts of Directors 2007-2008
- Directors' Slate for 2008-2009
- New Business

The Association encourages all members to send voting representatives to the AGM to participate in developing policies for the coming year.
