Dealer Appreciation Program

The Dealer Appreciation Program was introduced to assist MIAC retail members by reducing expenses incurred when travelling to the show. The cost of travelling and accommodations can sometimes be overwhelming. However, we don't want it to stand in the way of this outstanding opportunity.

MIAC is pleased to offer the Dealer Appreciation Program. This program will allow * qualified MIAC retail members to enjoy one night's free accommodation during the trade show at one of our participating ** host hotels , courtesy of MIAC. Because this promotion is designed to address travel costs, it is only available to those travelling more than 500Km (315 Miles) to attend the tradeshow.

How It Works

All * qualified retail members of MIAC will automatically receive a hotel voucher in the mail prior to the show. To receive the complimentary night stay follow these simple steps:

1. Make your reservation directly with the host hotel. Be sure to request the MIAC group discount rate. Click here for hotel details.
2. Upon check out, redeem the supplied hotel voucher to receive one night stay complimentary of MIAC.

* A qualified retail member is one who travels more than 500 km to attend the tradeshow and who has submitted their dues in a timely fashion over the course of their membership. Dues for the current year must be received no later than March 31, 2011 if the dealer is to qualify.

* * You must complete your registration directly with the hotel. Credit for one night's free accommodation will be awarded upon checkout. You will not qualify for any discounts or rebates at hotels that are not formally listed as one of MIAC's official host hotels or for reservations made outside of the allocated room block period.
