You may send the completed contract to Brendan Harte at Brendan@miac.net or by fax to 877.809.8600. Alternately, you may choose to fill in the form below. You will be contacted after we have received your completed form.
MIAC Membership must be current. Annual membership fee is $350 +13% HST. (MIAC memberships run on a calendar year and expire December 31st)
EXHIBIT SPACE REGULATIONS
Space is sold on a first come, first served basis in 10’x10’ (100 square feet) increments @ $19.95 CDN per square foot plus HST. All exhibitors must be members of MIAC, with annual dues paid in full.
Payment Terms: 25% deposit required with application prior to Feb. 14/11. 50% deposit required on applications received between Feb. 14 and March 11/11. After March 11/11 full payment is required. Payment can be made by cheque payable to Music Industries Association of Canada. Visa, MasterCard or AMEX are also accepted.
