Exhibit Space Regulations

Space is sold on a first come, first served basis in 10’x10’ (100 square feet) increments. PRICE FREEZE! The cost per square foot remains unchanged from 2010 @ $19.95 CDN per square foot plus HST. Click here to view the floor plan.

All exhibitors must be members of MIAC, with annual dues paid in full . (MIAC memberships are valid for one calendar year and expire December 31st).

Incubator Discount Program

The Music Industries Association of Canada is proud to support new and emergent product manufacturers and distributors. The incubator program is designed to make exhibiting more affordable for startup companies. Companies that have been in business for 18 months or less and are first time exhibitors in the show qualify for our Incubator Program and will recieve a $500 discount on booth space.
